Nandigram War

One thing I’m not clear about is - where does the CPI(M) cadres get guns? What kind of a country are we living in if party workers can get armed and ‘take over’villages?

At least 10 persons were injured in a firing allegedly by CPI-M workers who attack on a procession of the anti-acquisition ‘Bhumi Ucched Pratirodh Committee’ near Maheshpur this morning.

What would it take the centre to dismiss the West Bengal government? How many more must die?  Oh! What am I saying? The Prime Minister depends on the Left, so there is no hope. I’m sorry, my brothers in Nandigram, you guys are screwed. Your communist - I repeat - communist - Goverment has sold your lands to company and now they are throwing you out.

Makes you wonder what the entire “land reform” joke was all about. Is there any lefistist with an iota of dignity left to explain how this fits into your “leftist” ideals?
