Parminder Singh Saini wants to be Canadian
What’s wrong with that you might ask? Well… there is a slight problem with pajji Parminder’s application. You see, he kind of hijacked an Indian Airlines plane to Lahore and threatened to blow it up.
Then he forges a passport to “migrate” to Canada. Swell. Please Canada keep him. We don’t want his sorry ass back in India.
While in Canadian custody, Saini received a pardon from Pakistan, wiping out the hijacking conviction in that country.
Send him to Pakistan. Obviously they don’t think hijacking is a serious crime.

i know he done a serious crime for what he have been in jail for 10 yrs plus harassment he had suffered and suffering. now he is free man and would be living in canada peacefully. have you ever thought why did he took such a step. no obvious because you people only know how to make comment. he just wanted to wake up sleeping indian goverment to look at the punjab crisis of that time. get the BBC and CNN survey of the punjab slaughter of youths in 1980’s. He just did what was need of time and like shaheed bhagat singh he tried well. think big babies. the men of repect are not found easily. i respect his ideas and courage.

What about the people he terroized? Anyone ask them? Maybe he should still be in jail! Canada doesn’t need something that could think taking people hostage is a means-to-an-end! Deport him!

While the Immigration courts can & will investigate Mr. Saini case ~ and also will uphold the deportation it’s interesting that only in Canada do we (allow ?) go through the motions with respect to this case. The person was convicted & jailed for 10 years, enters Canada on a forged passport, and no criminal record ~ this should enough to say “no” to this person even though “he’s a changed man” by his admission. Saini was a disciple of Bhindranwale ~ wasn’t there other “disciples” of German Military during WW II. It would seem that many good people, who stand in line, just wishing to better themselves & their families, are held up for years to correctly enter this Canada on leagal basis & Parminder Singh Sani enters and uses the Legal System ( Canada a door mat ) to extend his stay. Now he wants to be called to the bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada? A travesty ~ “Only in Canada you say/” Time to put him on the next available plane back to ~ where India or Pakistan. Just move this person out of this Country and NOW
